On the centenary of Faiz Ahmed Faiz, in a celebration of the renowned poet’s progressive values and his humanist philosophy, Citizens For Democracy (CFD) invites you to a mega event on Sunday 17th April 2011 at the Kashmir Road Sports Complex, Karachi.
Thousands of people from all over the city will come together with celebrities and intellectuals to speak – through music, poetry and drama – for a society free from fear and tyranny.
Concerts, mushairas, seminars and rallies will be held during the day-long event. Well known names such as Strings, Laal, Ali Zafar, Tina Sani and Abida Parveen will be performing to add their voice to those of other citizens of Karachi. We expect an enjoyable and inspiring day full of arts and cultural events in an effort to reclaim public space and counter extremist forces that have marginalized the constitutional rights of Pakistanis.

The reason to show this article here… due to show you how we hav lack of knowledge about our history or person.
This is the story of Husayn ibn Mansur al-Hallaj who was born in Madina al-Bayda, a little village in the ancient province of Fars, in southern Persia, in the year 224 A.H./857 C.E., two years before his Master al-Junayd, may Allah be pleased with them both.
He was raise his voice and says about himself (ana-al-haq) ANA in Arabic means : I”M and Haq means Truth but 99 names of Allah all along with AL words which is definitely using only for Allah names see the All 99 Names of Allah:
Have see above all the names of Allah every name started with AL which represent the importance of the up-coming word as well as showing the Greatness of the Allah.
Husayn ibn Mansur al-Hallaj not saying Ana-Haq he said ANA-AL-HAQ (AL-HAQ belongs to the one of Great Allah names, and the meaning is “THE TRUTH”) . If Husayn Ibn Mansur al-Hallaj trying to say that I’m the truth ANA-Haq that will be very reason able, but he used One of Allah names AL-HAQ which represents AL-HAQ not Haq (Truth). They’ve to use Una Haq (I’m the truth) instead of Unal-Haq.
So, before publish, design or make any slogan using Islamic word or phrase be first to rectify that you’re not committed to make any mistakes, because Allah never forgive this kind of mistakes.
